Nora is responsible for managing the Intech Project Office. In this role Nora is responsible to track and report on SLA agreements with Intech’s clients and to ensure that the appropriate resources are available to the project teams. Nora’s key responsibility is to provide Intech’s clients with the Reliability and Certainty that differentiate Intech from our competitors.
Nora brings over 20 years of experience in software development and project management to this crucial role. During her career Nora has led various global projects encompassing over 40,000+ man-hours of effort. These projects have been located in the US, Europe and Latin America providing Nora with significant experience in managing projects in a multi-cultural environment.
Nora has been with Intech since its founding in 2002. Nora was one of the key drivers of the implementation of the Agile and CMMI methodologies within Intech. Nora has an Engineering degree in Computer Systems Programming from the Technological Institute of Saltillo. Nora is also a certified Agile Scrum Master and is currently in the process of obtaining her PMI certification in Project Management. Nora is fluent in both Spanish and English.
